An agency site or an agent's own site?
The designs on this page show three common cases: an agency with several agents and hundreds of files, a luxury office that sells with more photos and detail, and an agent who wants their own name to be the brand. All the property and client tools are in all three; only the home page and the look differ.

From listing to closing
An owner calls and hands over their property; the agent enters it with details, photos and location and publishes a sale or rental listing. At once the system shows the clients whose wishes match. Viewings and offers are recorded, and at closing the commission calculator works out the figures.

Can I bring my current files and clients?
Clients import from a spreadsheet; a duplicate row (same mobile number) is set aside and reported without stopping the rest. Properties are entered from the panel with photos and location.
Are owner details shown to visitors?
No. The owner's name and number, the final price and the agent's notes are only visible in the panel, never in the listing.
Does each agent see only their own files?
Access groups decide what each agent sees. The office manager has every file and report.
Does it work for rentals too?
Yes. Each property can have a sale or rental listing. Deposit and monthly rent are recorded separately and commission uses your office's own rate.
How does the site work on mobile?
Pages are designed for mobile first, and the site can be installed on a phone like an app.
