City hotel or eco-lodge
One design is an eco-lodge with a few rooms, local stories and nature photos; another a city boutique hotel with varied rooms and a more formal look. The booking engine is the same; they differ in their pages and tone.
Tours and experiences beside the stay, like a local cooking class or a village walk, are set up as services with group capacity, so guests book their place on the same site.
Why do direct bookings matter?
For small guesthouses, booking-site commission is a large part of each night's profit. Your own site only removes that cost if it gets found, so Sima prepares pages for Google: each page's title and description, a sitemap, share images and pages that load fast even without JavaScript.
A guest who booked directly once is in your customer list with their mobile number, and you can text them a discount for next season.
Foreign guests
Publish your site in English, Arabic, Turkish and other languages so foreign travellers read the pages in their own language. Each language has its own address and shows up on Google in that country.
Pick the plan that fits
A guesthouse with many photos and foreign guests should start on the Business plan, which has several languages and currencies. A hotel that must stay reachable from abroad during internet cutoffs should take the Pro plan.

Can two people book the same room at once?
No. A room's nights are held for one guest during payment and closed to others once booked.
What happens to the money if a guest cancels?
The amount paid goes back to the guest's wallet on the site and can be used for their next booking.
Can I set a minimum stay or raise Nowruz prices?
Yes. Set check-in and check-out times and a minimum number of nights for each room type, with separate weekend and seasonal rates. You can also close nights you don't want booked.
Should I enter phone bookings on the site too?
Yes. A booking you enter from the panel for a guest fills the same calendar, and nothing is charged to the guest.
How do foreign travellers pay?
Prices are shown in the guest's currency, and foreign payment works through Stripe or PayPal. Opening a Stripe account and its terms are the site owner's business.
